5-story residential building completed in 1873 as a store-and-loft building. The stone facade is slightly recessed from the building line, and is three bays wide. The ground floor has a pair of storefronts around a central entrance. The 2nd floor has rounded, red canvas canopies over the windows, and the top floor has shallow round-arches above the windows, with black iron balconnettes in front of each window. The northern bay is projected very slightly forward of the other two. The facade is capped by a short stone cornice. The building was converted to apartments in 1939, with 14 units. The ground floor is occupied by Madison Bistro, and Piccolo Cafe.
