148-foot, 11-story office building completed in 1962. It is clad in buff-colored brick above a 2-story base, three bays wide. The main entrance is in the eastern bay, with modern metal-and-glass doors framed by beige stone with vertical panels of black stone. There is a large beige stone panel above the doors, topped by a horizontal panel of black stone. To the right is a restaurant with wood-paneled doors; the upper half of the restaurant is clad in corrugated metal, with wood-and-glass shutter doors in the middle bay. The 2nd floor has large show-windows, three panes wide in the end bays and five panes wide in the middle, with transoms.

The upper floors have three windows in the end bays and five in the center, each in a simple black metal frame, with 2-over-1 panes.The spandrels are lighter-colored brick. The roof line is marked by a simple stone coping. The ground floor is occupied by Evergreen 38 restaurant.
