230-foot, 18-story office building completed in 1927. Designed by Schwartz & Gross, its main facade is clad in brown brick, three bays wide but the 3-story limestone base includes an extra section at the west end. The east end of the ground floor has the main entrance framed in black polished granite, and a freight entrance at the far right. The freight entrance and two storefronts on the left are topped by grey granite panels bisected by a red-painted stripe. The western extra bay has a taller plate-glass storefront at the ground floor, and 4-pane window bands with transoms and thin white metal framing at the 2nd & 3rd floors. The stone spandrels are ornamented with a pair of ovals with fleur-de-lis style carvings. The main section of the base has the same spandrel ornament, but spaced closer together. These bays have wide tripartite windows with transoms in dark-red iron frames. Stone band courses cap the base at both the main and west sections.

The three bays of upper floors have slightly-projecting center sections on the piers, and triple-windows in each bay, divided by black iron mullions. At the outer bays, the piers at the 10th floor are highlighted by slender octagonal colonnettes, and there are shorter colonnettes above the mullions within the bays. The outer bays set back above this floor, while the center bay extends up another floor higher, with 2-story colonnettes. The center bay of the 12th floor is plain brick, with three windows divided by mullions. There are additional setbacks every two floors at the top.

The west elevation is clad in reddish-brown brick, with brown brick at the front edge. It has four bays of double-windows, divided by black iron mullions. The ground floor is occupied by MadonnaIiI boutique, and Jay's Bridal.
