207-foot, 17-story Neo-Gothic office building completed in 1925. Designed by George & Edward Blum, it has tan brick piers organizing the facade into 12 windows across, above a 3-story limestone base. The base is divided into six bays, with pointed-arch entrances at both ends. The main entrance is at the east, with a service entrance at the west; there are four modernized plate-glass storefronts in between. The 2nd & 3rd floors have tripartite windows. The four middle bays have stone moldings surrounding the 2nd-floor and ground-floor levels, and black cast-iron spandrels with Gothic ornament between the two floors. The base is capped by a stone cornice.

The upper floors have uninterrupted piers up to the first setback above the 10th floor (on the western two-thirds of the facade) and the 12th floor (on the eastern third). The brick spandrels each have three simple, recessed rectangular panels. The upper floors have a series of shallow, cascading setbacks, each marked by spandrels with four small pointed-arches and cast-stone capitals on the piers.

The east elevation is clad in reddish-brown brick, with tan brick at the front edge and top floors. Near the front is a bay of single-windows, and another bay of smaller paired windows. The ground floor is occupied by Lara Design, Chantelle Fashion, and Long Paige boutique.
