164-foot, 14-story office building completed in 1923. Designed by George & Edward Blum, it is clad in tan brick above a 2-story beige-painted limestone base. The ground floor has round-arched entrances at both ends, with a stainless-steel-framed glass storefront in the middle. The east side is the main entrance, with a service entrance at the west. At the 2nd floor, the middle section has a band of six windows in black metal frames, while the end bays have single-windows.

The upper floors are organized similarly, except with five individual single-windows in the middle section; the windows all have stone sills. At the 11th floor, the end bays have round-arched openings; the edges of the facade and the middle section are set back and capped by cast-stone coping. There are short, angled walls on either side of the 11th-floor end bays, leading back to the recessed facade; both of these sections are topped by molded cornices. The setbacks create the effect of short side towers at the first setback, and a central tower higher up. The setback areas are more ornamental than the lower floors, including double-height arched windows, moldings, cornices, and patterned brick spandrels. The roof line is marked by cast-stone ornament and coping.
