165-foot, 14-story office building completed in 1924. Designed by George & Edward Blum, its facade rises straight up with no setbacks. It is clad in brown brick above a 3-story limestone base, although the ground floor has been mostly resurfaced in black granite - except for the recessed service entrance at the west end, which retains the original round-arched doorway topped by a triangular pediment. The storefront in the middle, and the main entrance at the east end, have been modernized. The 2nd & 3rd floors are organized into three bays of tripartite windows in the middle, and end bays of single-windows. Paneled spandrels are located between the piers below the 2nd floor, which is topped by a band course. Just below the band course are metal letters reading "LEFCOURT-CENTRAL BUILDING." The base is capped by a small cornice, broken by simple cartouches at the piers around the end bays.

The upper floors have single-windows with stone sills in the end bays, and a middle section of six windows, slightly recessed between brick pilasters, and also with stone sills. At the roof line the parapet is decorated with ornamental brickwork and a simple stone coping. The upper part of the east elevation is clad in brown brick, with three windows per floor at the front. The ground floor is occupied by New York Hardware & Locksmith.
