10-story office building completed in 1906. Designed by Townsend, Steinle & Haskell as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in limestone with reddish-orange cast-iron trim. The ground floor has entrances at both ends, flanking two plate-glass storefronts. The main entrance, at the east side, has been remodeled with a red polished granite surround and a cornice. The service entrance at the west side retains the original limestone surround and scrolled brackets supporting its cornice. The 2nd floor is lightly rusticated, with single-windows at the end bays, and a center section with a cast-iron-framed triple-window, divided by pilasters, topped by transoms, and sitting above cast-iron spandrel panels. The base is capped by a dentiled stone cornice.

The upper floors have single-window with full stone enframements in the end bays; those on the 3rd floor are topped by triangular pediments, while the 4th & 5th floors have cornices. The middle section has triple-windows in cast-iron matching those at the 2nd floor. At the 8th floor there is a cartouche above the center window, and a cornice setting off the top two floors. These have single-windows in the end bays and four windows in the middle, all with stone surrounds. A brown iron, projecting roof cornice caps the facade, with modillions and dentils.

The east elevation is clad in tan brick, with a couple bays of very small windows. The ground floor is occupied by Pazzo boutique, and Giorgio boutique.
