5-story office building completed in 1935. It is clad in dark-red brick, with a modernized glass-and-metal storefront on the ground floor, and a recessed entrance on the right. The 2nd floor has a plate-glass show window; above it is patterned brickwork with limestone corners supporting a small cornice. The three upper floors each have a band of four windows with joined stone sills. At the top is a paneled brick roof parapet with stone accents and a peaked center with stone coping.
