191-foot, 13-story office building completed in 1915. Designed by Maynicke & Franke, it is clad in light-grey brick above a 3-story limestone base. The four piers framing the end bays sit on granite bases, and have intricate carvings. Both end bays have recessed entrances, with a freight entrance at the west, and the main entrance at the east with brass-and-glass doors. The center of the ground floor has a row of metal doors in a field of small black tiles topped by a canopy. The 2nd floor has metal louvers in the end bays and three double-windows in the middle, separated by black iron pilasters. The 3rd floor has similar windows in the middle and additional windows in the end bays. Decorative stone spandrels separate the 2nd & 3rd floors between the piers, which are topped by stylized capitals supporting an entablature with medallions connected by garlands, and capped by a cornice.

The upper floors have recessed double-windows in the end bays, and three bays of double-windows in the middle, each separated by narrow brick pilasters. The spandrels are stone and also ornamented. Between each floor the end bays have small stone ornamental panels with projecting carved sections in the centers. At the 10th floor the four main piers have projecting shields below a cornice. The top two floors have five evenly spaced bays, with Corinthian capitals on the piers at the top of the 12th floor, supporting a dentiled roof cornice.

The lower two floors are occupied by Habanero Blues restaurant and bar, and the 3rd floor by Brittany Beauty Academy.
