8-story office building completed in 1926. Designed by Robert Kaplan as a manufacturing building, it is clad in beige brick, three bays wide, above a modernized ground floor. There is a small, recessed entrance at the west end of the ground floor, which is clad in shimmering stainless steel, and a storefront to the right.

The 2nd floor has a double-window in the middle bay, and single-windows in the end bays, with white-painted frames. Between the 2nd & 3rd floors is a horizontal band with a row of red terra-cotta pointed-arches with green highlights. The upper floors all have white cast-iron framed windows in the middle bay, with narrow side panes and transoms. The cast-iron spandrels between the floors in the middle bay are also painted white. Above a brick cornice at the 7th floor is another red terra-cotta band of small pointed-arches, stepped up at the ends, where a pair of end towers rise up - each is clad in red terra-cotta and has a small arched window. Framing the windows are piers which rise to peaked tops. The ground floor is occupied by Tonchin New York restaurant.
