190-foot, 16-story office building completed in 1925. Designed by Sommerfeld & Steckler, it is clad in buff-colored brick above a 3-story limestone base. The ground floor was remodeled in 2014, with white stone panels replacing the former black granite. There are entrances at both ends, slightly wider at the east end, and a glass storefront in the middle.
The floors above the ground level are divided into end bays and a wide center band of windows. On the 2nd floor there are carved spandrels below the windows, and the center bay has black iron mullions separating the windows into three groups, with transoms. The 3rd floor has similar windows, but further subdivided into 3-over-2 panes below the transoms. The piers are paneled at this floor, which is capped by a cornice.
The upper floors have black metal mullions dividing the center bays into six windows, and the brick spandrels have paired panels at each window. Continuous stone sills join the windows in the center bay. A stone band course caps the 9th floor, and the center bay of the 10th floor is slightly recessed, with five separate window openings. The end bays have stone surrounds at the windows. Another band course caps the 10th floor, and the facade is set back above it, except for a 3-bay section in the center, which rises to the 12th floor. It is faced in stone, with small buttresses at the lower corners, and paneled stone spandrels. This center section is surmounted by a stone cornice, while the two set-back bays on either side, clad in brick, are topped by simple band courses.
There are additional setbacks above the 12th & 14th floors, with single-windows in each bay. A band course marks the roof line, with the parapets rising up above it at both ends. The upper portion of the west elevation is clad in darker brown brick. The ground floor is occupied by Jerusalem Cafe.
