7-story office building completed in 1910. Three bays wide, it is clad in light-grey limestone blocks above a 2-story darker grey granite base. The ground floor has the main entrance at the south bay, and a glass storefront to the left, with a recessed entrance framed by white columns. There are bronze geometric frames above the storefront and entrance and separating the bays on the 2nd floor, which has single-windows in the end bays and a double-window with serrated corners in the middle. A bronze band course caps the base.

The 3rd floor is banded limestone, with three single-windows. At each end is a projecting bronze shield with the head of a German Shepherd dog. The 3rd floor is capped by a dentiled cornice surmounted by a wrought-iron railing. The upper floors have single-windows, and there are stone panels at the bays between the 4th & 5th floors. Another shield tops the middle window on the 6th floor. The 7th floor is set off by a small cornice, and topped by a projecting, white roof cornice with alternating brackets and rosettes. The ground floor is occupied by a New York Yankees gift shop.
