6-story office building completed in 1906. Designed by Schwartz & Gross as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in limestone, with projecting cast-iron framed bay windows at the 2nd-5th floors. The ground floor has a modernized metal storefront and entrance, and the bay windows above have transoms, ornamented spandrels, and are highlighted by slender, gold columns between the panes. The top floor has an arcade of small Ionic columns,The Mill Fine Coffee & Fresh Foods.
