5-story office building completed in 1910. It is clad in limestone above a 2-story base that was remodeled in the mid-1900s. The 2nd floor is covered with black metal panels, with a large silver metal panel and signage, and has no windows. The ground floor has corrugated black metal around a storefront and round-arched entryway. The upper floors have two bays of double-windows and a stone coping across the roof line.
