3-story mercantile building completed in 1929. Designed by Joseph Y. Lenney as a storage and manufacturing building, it is clad in orange-brown brick. The wide facade on 36th Street has three main bays and an additional narrow bay at the east end. At the ground floor this bay has the entrance to the upper floors, with single-windows above. The other three bays have wide loft windows, mostly divided into three panes, and storefronts on the ground floor. Projecting sills course run below both of the upper floors. The 6th Avenue facade has one wide bay of four windows and additional storefront space at the ground floor. There is a paneled brick parapet at the roof line, with a stone coping and a peaked pediment on the 6th Avenue side. The north elevation has a small black iron fire escape over the middle bay. The ground floor is occupied by Taco Bell Cantina, and the 3rd floor by Red Rocket tattoo parlor.
