150-foot, 12-story office building completed in 1911. Designed by Kneisel & Wortmann, it is clad in stone and terra-cotta. The 2-story base has a modernized central entrance flanked by a pair of storefronts. A black cast-iron dentiled cornice separates the 1st & 2nd floors, and a stone band of carved patterns frames the sides and top of the base, capped by a cornice. Both sides of the 2nd floor have a tripartite window design with black iron pilasters.

The upper floors have a wealth of ornamentation, with terra-cotta patterns and molding on the outer and center piers, the narrow pilasters, and the spandrels. The facade is split into two halves, each with four windows; the center two are joined by a small metal mullion, while pilasters separate the outer panes. A modillioned cornice caps the 10th floor. The top two floors also have terra-cotta ornament; the outer spandrels at both halves are decorated with large diamond shapes, while the center spandrels feature cartouches. The facade is crowned by a cornice with a row of alternating modillions and dentils, surmounted by a dentil course and a large central cartouche.

The west elevation is faced in beige stucco, with mostly single-windows, but also a few double- and triple-windows. The ground floor is occupied by One Stop Supply Hardware, and In Style NYC boutique.
