133-foot, 12-story office building completed in 1912. Designed by Frederick C. Zobel, it is clad in brown brick above a 3-story limestone base. There are three main bays in the middle of the facade, and two narrower end bays, which have entrances at the ground floor. The eastern one is the main entrance, flanked by wall-mounted lanterns and covered by a peaked, green metal canopy. The western entrance has metal service doors. The three middle bays have 2-story storefronts divided by two red granite pillars. At the 2nd level of the storefronts, each bay has five windows in black metal frames. A simple cornice sets off the 3rd floor, clad in rusticated stone. It has three windows in each middle bay, divided by slender iron columns with spiral moldings; the end bays have single-windows. All the window groups are topped by scrolled brackets, and the tops of the piers between the bays are adorned with larger scrolled brackets with metopes and overlaying garlands. Another simple cornice caps the base.
The upper floors are similarly arranged, with black metal mullions dividing the three windows in the middle bays, and keystones above the end-bay single-windows. The spandrels between the floors at the middle bays are brick lined with rope molded stone bands at the top and bottom, and diamond or circle shapes in the centers, depending on the floor. The diamond shapes are filled with red tiles, and the circles with pale blue tiles.
Above the main bays of the 11th floor are stone medallions flanked by foliate ornament, and the piers have similar brackets to those at the 3rd floor. The top floor is faced in stone, with additional ornament on the piers. The roof cornice above has alternating modillions above medallions and scrolled brackets. The western elevation is clad in reddish-brown brick, with a few scattered windows. The ground floor is occupied by Radio Star karaoke, and ZZ Spa & Store.
