2-story commercial building completed in 1915. Designed by Stuckert & Sloan, its ground floor is framed by polished granite piers with a wide glass storefront in between, topped by a large, angled red awning. The 2nd floor is faced in white-painted stone, with three bays. The center one has a wide window, and the end bays have narrower windows, all with awnings. The three bays are encompasses below a wide, recessed segmental-arch. The facade is crowned by a white modillioned cornice below a green metal mansard topped by a row of finials. The building is occupied by Toast Brasserie & Cafe.
