4-story mercantile building originally completed in 1885. The facade was renovated in 2017, with the lower two floors faced in black-painted cast-stone, with large show-windows and a service entrance at the far west end on 36th Street. The two upper floors are clad in black-painted brick with triple-windows on the east facade, and two bays on the north side, each with bands of four windows. At the top is a brick roof parapet, above recessed panels, topped with a stone coping that steps up in the middle of both facades. The lower two floors are occupied by Weed World, with storage on the upper floors.
