201-foot, 17-story Renaissance-revival office building completed in 1925. Designed by Charles B. Meyers, it is clad in brown brick above a 3-story rusticated limestone base. The ground floor has entrances at both ends; the main entrance at the east has been remodeled with glass doors framed by grey granite, and the service entrance at the west retains the original stone enframement with triangular pediment. The three middle bays have storefronts, and there is an additional bay at the far east end, with another storefront. At the 2nd & 3rd floor the two narrower entrance bays have double-windows in brown metal framesl the other four bays have tripartite windows. The stone spandrels between the floors are decorated with rosettes, and the base is capped by a stone band course with modillions and a frieze with simple circles between and slightly below each modillion.

At the upper floors the wide bays have three windows divided by iron mullions, the narrower bays over the entrances have three windows separated by brick pilasters, and the far east bay has four windows with iron mullions, but ends at the 6th floor. This bay and the other wide bays are topped at the 4th floor by paneled spandrels with dentils at the top and a fluted band coursed with rosettes at the bottom; the band course runs across the end bays as well. On the floors above, the middle bays have brick spandrels with different panels (also between the 5th & 6th floors at the far east bay). The far east bay is topped at the 6th floor by a brick parapet with three stone medallions. The end bays of the main facade continue up to a series of setbacks above the 10th floor, each with a set of three medallions. The middle bay sets back above the 13th floor, with the two flanking bays having side setbacks, and growing narrower at each floor, from three windows at the 10th, to two windows, to a single window at the 12th floor. The final setback occurs at the 13th floor at the end bays, and at the 14th in the middle, resulting in the middle section to be set further back than the ends, which rise in a pair of towers above the main roof line.

The front part of the eastern elevation is clad in reddish brick. Above the 6-story eastern section, there are windows at the front of the facade, narrowing and ending with the setbacks at the upper floors. The ground floor is occupied by Butterfly Fabrics, Posh Moccs baby store, and Juniper Bar.
