Well-preserved, eclectic Tudor Revival house designed and built by decorative artist Joseph Dujat in 1928. With only two owners in this house’s 88-year history, Dujat’s masterful plaster designs and many of the original fixtures, including the Oriole gas stove and massive green porcelain kitchen sink, remain intact.
