Former William Gould Brokaw estate which designed c. 1900 by Little & O'Connor on 125 acres. It was demolished in 1932 following a fire. Streets near the school are named after Brokaw family members and the estate: Brokaw Lane, William Street, Gould Street, Florence Street, Nirvana Avenue and Polo Road.
