122-foot, 11-story Romanesque-revival office building completed in 1908. Designed by Clinton & Russell and George A. Boehm, it is clad in limestone. The east facade on 5th Avenue is four bays wide, and the north facade spans eight bays. The ground floor is lined with storefronts, with a service entrance at the west end on 35th Street, and a recessed entrance and storefront combined in the southern bay on the avenue. The entry has a revolving door and is topped by a rounded stainless steel projection with the numbers 366 on it. The ground floor is capped by a dentiled band course. The 2nd floor has a round-arch in each bay, with molded architraves. The southern arch is slightly larger, and filled with dark-tinted glass; the others have tripartite windows with brown metal mullions, and the western bay on the north facade is partially filled in with metal louvers. The 2nd floor is capped by a cornice.
At the 3rd-8th floors, each bay is recessed between projecting piers with beveled edges. Dentiled band courses run across the tops of the 4th & 6th floor, and each bay has paired windows and paneled spandrels with circles in the centers. Above a modillioned cornice, the 9th floor is fronted by balustrades at each window. The 10th-11th floors consist of double-height round-arched, divided into three windows at each floor. At the base of the arches, at the top floor, the piers have stylized capitals. Both facades are crowned by a beige roof cornice with modillions above an egg-and-dart molding and a rope molding.
