5-story mercantile building completed in 1930. The lower two floors (with storefronts) are clad in brown-painted stone, with a brick pier at the eastern end. There is a recessed storefront entrance, and a smaller entrance to the upper floors at the right. The 2nd floor has four show-windows on the left, and a fifth window on the right, separated by a vertical metal sign. The upper floors are clad in sheets of fluted brown metal, with a column of textured panels at the right side. Most of the upper facade is now covered by an advertisement. The building is occupied by Empire State Gift (NY Gift).
