3-story mercantile building originally completed in 1930. It was remodeled in 2014, when the shoe company Crocs moved in. The new pre-cast facade is painted bright lime green, with a swooping section of yellow at the top. There is an entrance and show-window on the ground floor, a central 3-paned show-window on the 2nd floor, and on the 3rd floor are large, lighted letters spelling out "crocs", along with a field of LED light bulbs below the yellow section.
