7-story Neo-Classical residential building completed in 1897 as a store-and-loft building. The remodeled ground floor is clad in banded orange and white marble. The entrance to the upper floors is at the left, and a metal-and-glass storefront is on the right. The upper floors are clad in tan brick banded with limestone on the outer piers.

The 2nd floor has four 3-over-3 windows set behind a pair of narrow, dark-green metal columns. At the top of the 2nd floor, the piers have capitals decorated with three small circles, which support a stone cornice. The 3rd-6th floors each have three windows divided by white metal pilasters. There is a triangular pediment over the center window at the 3rd floor, and the spandrels between the 4th & 5th floors are ornamented with panels and circles at the outer bays, and with an ornate escutcheon in the center bay. Stone cartouches highlight the tops of the piers at the 6th floor, surmounted by a small cornice.

The top floor has ornate carved pilasters between the three bays, and the facade is crowned by a dentiled cornice with four large console brackets. The ground floor is occupied by Nasiri Carpets.
