805-foot, 56-story modernist residential building completed in 2021. Designed by Handel Architects, the main tower is actually just west of Madison Avenue, with a frontage on 30th Street, a courtyard park on 31st, and a low wing extending over to Madison Avenue. The tower is clad in a silver glass curtain wall, capped by a sloped roof.

The main entrance is actually at 15 East 30th Street, with a revolving door and traditional glass doors set in a glass wall. To the right is another glass section (of windows) that also projects from the grey stone of the ground floor behind them. The building is set back behind black granite planters, but there is a white metal-paneled canopy that covers the small plaza in front (although it has a large rectangular opening in its eastern half. The two 1-story wings that extend to Madison Avenue (one at 116 Madison and the other at the northeast corner of the block) are both clad in ribbed white metal panels framing grey pre-cast stone and glass.

Above the main entrance at the south facade, the lower floors have thin, vertical, silver louvers covering the mechanical levels above the sidewalk canopy. These transition into the main glass curtain wall that features a vertical groove of white metal panels running up the center. The east and west facades both have several white vertical bands running up the sides of the tower. The structure culminates in a multi-layered sloped crown.

It contains 199 condominium units.
