144-foot, 12-story modernist residential building originally completed in 1909 as a 7-story store-and-loft building. Designed by Charles E. Birge, it had five new floors added on top in 2007, designed by SHoP/Sharples Holden Pasquarelli. The ground floor has been re-clad in grey steel panels, with a white metal door to the upper floors on the south end, a large, square show-window in the center, and the entrance to the storefront at the north, all under a metal canopy that angles out from south to north. The 2nd-7th floors are clad in variegated dark-red brick. Each floor has a wide window box that angles from south to north, pivoting in the center such that the south end is recessed and the north end projects out. There are three separate window boxes at the 7th floor, each of which is angled. Between the floors are brick spandrels with textured brickwork and stone highlights.

Above the original floors, the new upper floors are clad in grey metal and set slightly back, with the penthouse levels on top set farther back. In contrast to the floors below, the window boxes are aligned with the street, and the metal facades are angled back. The ground floor is occupied by Kimomi Pet Store.
