The ground floor has a recessed entrance up a narrow set of steps on the right, and a storefront on the left. The upper floors have white-framed tripartite windows with transoms (the top floor has a bottom transom). The east elevation is a plain cement stuccoed wall. The ground floor is occupied by Yeohlee boutique.
