Formerly a 5-story office building completed in 1903. The ground floor is clad in rusticated limestone. The upper floors are clad in brick brick, with six bays, split into left and right halves. The 2nd-4th-floors windows all have keyed stone surrounds and thin molded hoods. There are projecting stone sills below the 3rd floor windows, and a continuous sill course at the 4th floor. A corbelled cornice sets off the top floor, which has round-arched windows. The facade is crowned by a bracketed roof cornice. The ground floor was occupied by Target Security Systems.
