This is the area that covers the claims for the Coffee Gold Project which consists of 3,021 contiguous claims covering approximately 60,230 hectares. Kaminak Gold Corporation acquired 100% of the Coffee claims from prospector Mr. Shawn Ryan of Dawson City in an initial agreement date April 27, 2009, which was amended and restated on Jun 9, 2009, then amended on March 25, 2010 and March 30, 2011. Components of that agreement agreement include cash payments, work commitments, and a 2% net smelter royalty.
