This is the area covered by the Keno Hill Property although it is not exact on the south and west due to the irregular border of the claims and leases (see attached image). The Keno Hill Property is located in the historic Keno Hill Silver District and is comprised of 703 quartz mining leases, 866 quartz mining claims and two Crown Grants the collectively cover an area of 237.44 k.m2. Alexco Resource Corporation owns 100% of the Property after acquiring the assets of the bankrupt United Keno Hill Mines Ltd in 2006. The individual leases and claims are held mostly by 2 wholly owned subsidiaries of Alexco: Elsa Reclamation & Development Company Ltd. (ERDC) and Alexco Keno Hill Mining Company (AKHM). However 3 leases area held with 50% to each Alexco and third party individuals.
