165-foot, 15-story residential building completed in 2021. Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, it is clad in terra-cotta. At the 2-story base, the terra-cotta panels are grey, while on the upper floors they are beige, with grey spandrels between some floors. The base is organized as three bays, with a wider center bay. The main entrance is in the east bay, with a wooden door next to three narrow, vertical window slats; the wooden slats continue onto the 2nd floor, above a small canopy. The other bays have plate-glass storefronts.

The upper floors have four bays of industrial-style windows, each with grey metal framing organizing them into a square center pane, and eight smaller panes around the perimeter. Within each bay, there are grey spandrels between floors, except between the 5th-6th and the 8th-9th, where the beige terra-cotta continues across the entire facade.

There is a setback above the 11th floor, with the top floors having fewer panes in the window bays. The west elevation is off-white pre-cast concrete, with a bay of single-windows at the front and rear. The building contains 30 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by Wonder Chelsea restaurant.
