170-foot, 16-story modernist residential building by Anbau Enterprises completed in 2012. Designed by BKSK Architects, it is clad in variegated beige brick and terra-cotta. The ground floor has coursed stone outer bays, with a metal service door in the eastern one; in between is a metal-and-glass storefront and two entrances. Above the ground floor are five thin horizontal accent lines. Above these, the center of the facade is slightly recessed, with bands of six windows with transoms, all framed in beige metal. They have silver metal horizontal rails at the spandrels and over the lower parts of the windows on each floor, starting at the 3rd. The outer bays have double-windows topped by brick lintel courses; the horizontal rails in the center section are continued as horizontal stone accents below the end-bay windows.

There is a simple grey metal cornice and setback at the 11th floor. The center section of the 12th & 13th floors is only slightly set back, while the brick side sections, and the center of the top floors are further recessed. The front edge of the side elevation is clad in the same variegated brick as the main facade, with a single bay of windows running up to just behind the setback. There are several other randomly-placed windows further back on the pre-cast wall. It has since achieved LEED gold status. The building contains 29 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by Orange Theory Fitness.
