777-foot, 65-story modern/structural-expressionist residential building completed in 2017 for Continuum Company. Designed by Kohn Pedersen & Fox with Goldstein, Hill & West Architects, it is clad in a silver-blue glass curtain wall. The tower is only 50 feet wide at the base but expands like a slender champagne flute to be wider at the top, cantilevering sharply 17 feet over the neighboring building to the west, and the continuing to very gradually slope outward up the western facade. Beginning about a third of the way up, the corners are chamfered, creating eight facets at the top. The angled roof also slopes up to the west, coming to a point.

The tower rises from a 4-story base clad in rough-faced granite. Above the main entrance, with its suspended bronze canopy, is a 3-story, 3x3 grid of large, multi-paned windows. To the east is a parking garage entrance; the facade above the garage entry is slightly recessed and has two very tall and narrow windows stacked atop one another. There are gardens atop the base, fronting the glass tower.

The building contains 83 condominium units.
