135-foot, 13-story postmodern residential building completed in 2008. Designed by H. Thomas O'Hara, it is clad in dark-red brick above a 2-story white cast-stone base with a tall black stone water table. The ground floor has a service door at the east end, with the recessed main entrance just right of center, spanning two bays, and covered by a metal canopy. The west half has two bays of tripartite windows, and a narrower bay, all with transoms and white stone sills.

At the 2nd floor, the bays read from west to east as: a 4-paned window, a tripartite window, three narrow double-windows, another tripartite window, and another narrow double-window at the east end. All have transoms, and there are vents below all but the center bays. The upper floors have the same fenestration pattern, with the exception of two of the narrow bays being replaced by an additional tripartite window grouping. All the windows groups except the center narrow bay have vents below. There are four decorative stone diamond-within-square shapes on the piers at the 3rd, 5th & 9th floors.

A simple stone cornice caps a major setback above the 9th floor at the eastern half of the facade. The western two bays stair-step up for two more floors, capped by similar cornices, to the 10th & 11th floors, respectively. The 2-story penthouse is further recessed. The building contains 33 condominium units. The rear courtyard includes a waterfall and multiple gardens terraces that overflow with plants in spring and summer months.
