122-foot, 11-story modernist residential building completed in 2006 as an extension of an existing 4-story former manufacturing building. Designed by Cetra/Ruddy and M.J. Macaluso & Associates, the facade is mostly glass, with floor to ceiling windows framed in silver metal. The ground floor has white marble, with a recessed entrance on the right under a slim metal canopy. The upper floors have small bris-de-soleil shades at the right side of each floor, and there is a projecting metal bris-de-soleil at the 8th floor; the 3-level penthouse is recessed above.
