150-foot, 13-story residential building completed in 1911 with 12 floors. Designed by James F. Connell as a warehouse, it was converted to condominiums with a new, set-back penthouse level sometime around 2000. It has a 2-story base with rusticated limestone piers on granite plinths framing the end bays, which have twin entrances. The main entrance is at the east, with a service entrance at the west; both are slightly recessed in segmental-arched openings with transoms. The main entrance has ornamental wrought-ironwork on both the glass door and transom. Above each entrance is a stone lintel bearing the building address, and a pair of scrolled brackets supporting a simple cornice. The middle of the ground floor has a modern, symmetrical storefront of red metal and glass, topped by an iron cornice. At the 2nd floor the end bays have single-windows with transoms, and the center is divided into two wide center windows flanked by two smaller ones, separated by iron pilasters; these windows also have transoms. A stone cornice with simple circle decorations above the piers caps the base.
The upper floors are clad in buff-colored brick framing the end bays, and cast-iron spandrels and pilasters dividing the center section into five windows. The single-windows in the end bays have splayed brick lintels with keystones, except for the 3rd floor, which has splayed stone lintels with stone bands on either side. There are large, stylized brackets at the 10th floor. The top two floors are divided into six evenly-spaced bays by 2-story stone piers; the spandrels between the floors have carved ornament. A simple roof parapet caps the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Soundtrack f/t Film & Television studios.
