150-foot, 12-story residential building completed in 1911. Designed by George A. Boehm as an office building, it has a high 2-story limestone base, divided into three bays with brown metal-and-glass infill. The eastern bay has the main entrance with a small metal canopy, flanked on the inner side by a window; the center bay contains a storefront with a centered door; and the western bay has a service entrance flanked on the inner side by a window. All three bays have metal-framed tripartite windows at the 2nd floor.

The upper floors are clad in brown brick, with the piers sitting on stone bases. There are three windows in each bay, divided by narrow brick pilasters. The spandrels have geometric stone ornament. At the 10th floor, the bays have broad, shallow segmental-arches, and there is simple stone ornament on the piers. The top two floors have slightly-wider, double-height stone pilasters between the windows, with each window at the top floor having a segmental-arch. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets above each pilaster and paired brackets above each pier.

The side walls are clad in brown brick with a handful of windows. The building was converted to condominiums in 2007, with 51 units.
