135-foot, 12-story-story postmodern residential building completed in 2004. Designed by Meltzer/Mandl, it is clad in grey granite with silver mirrored glass. There are three center bays, with a narrow end bay on each side, all with recessed windows. The 3-story base resembles a grid, with a recessed entry in the eastern of the center bays, and a storefront and retail entrance in the other two, framed in silver metal and glass. The double-windows in the center bays are divided by silver metal mullions; the western bay has vents at the bottom of both the 2nd- and 3rd-floor windows.

The upper floors have vertical curtain walls of glass in the narrow end bays, set back from the building line. The center bay are similar to those below, but with grey stone mullions instead of metal. The facade sets back above the 8th floor where the glass curtain wall from the end bays crosses the facade on the 9th floor. The top floors are further set back, clad in stone and have rectangular, projecting, glassed-in balconies to the left of center. The ground floor is occupied by Mantiques Modern antique store.
