Chelsea Green

135-foot, 14-story modernist residential building completed in 2014. Designed by the Stephen B. Jacobs Group, the facade is divided into three mains sections by grey stone piers on grey granite bases. Each section has two bays of tripartite windows with white metal frames, and grey metal elements separating the two bays. There are also grey metal beams between floors, and cobalt blue brise soleils above the window groupings.

Above the 9th floor, the two end sections set back; the center section continues up to the 13th floor, with white-painted piers. and similar facade details. The set-back end sections have projecting glass-enclosed balconies. Chelsea Green is one of the first LEED Gold certified residences in the country. It contains 51 condominium units.
