156-foot, 15-story modernist residential building completed in 2016. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle for Gale International, the development will be a combination of old and new; the bulk of the project will be contained in a new building at 19 West 20th Street, but the upper floors will extend over an existing building, the former parking garage at 21 West 20th.

It features a facade of blackened stainless steel, glass and stone. Rising to the 10th floor, the building then unfolds to its full breadth of 100-ft wide to reveal four floor-through penthouse homes perched atop the neighboring restored structure. These penthouses set back at each level, creating terraces in front. The building contains 13 condominium units.
