7-story residential building completed in 1927. It has a limestone ground floor, divided into three large bays by thick piers. Each bay is recessed, with a glass door framed by windows at the sides and on top. The piers continue on the upper floors as red brick with white stone quoins, framing bays that end in segmental-arches at the 5th floor. Within each bay are triple-windows with brownstone lintels and red brick spandrels between floors. The arches have alternating stone and red brick voussoirs with carved keystones.

A corbelled band course sets off the 6th floor, which has six smaller bays divided by brick pilasters, paired above the main piers. Each pilaster has a green stone capital and a green stone band course runs above the windows of the 6th floor, which is crowned by a green metal cornice. Above the cornice, a recessed penthouse tops the building.

It was converted to condominiums with 15 units in 1999. The ground floor is occupied by City Treehouse daycare.
