13-story modernist residential building completed in 2008. Designed by H. Thomas O’Hara, its front facade is four bays wide, divided by pre-cast concrete piers, painted black at the ground floor. The westernmost bay has a revolving door, and the next bay has two narrow entrance doors. Both of these bays are beneath a suspended metal canopy; windows fill the other two bays. The upper floors have triple-windows with bottom transoms at the two middle bays; the outer bays have four vertical panes, also with bottom transoms. The window framing is all orange-painted metal.

The two western bays set back above the 9th floor, the next bay set back above the 10th floor, and the easternmost bay rises to the full height. The eastern sidewall is clad in reddish brick, with a few square windows, and two narrow horizontal windows at the top floor. There is a mechanical penthouse further back. Prima contains 35 condominium units.
