163-foot, 13-story modernist residential building completed in 2006. Designed by Gerner, Kronick & Valcarel, it is clad in grey metal and glass, 10 bays wide; the window framing is a subtle bronze in color. The ground floor sits on a white stone base, and has a central entrance at the middle two bays. Framing each bay are piers that are fluted at each side, gently angling to a flat forward surface; they give a ripple-like effect to the facade. There are grey-metal grilles beneath the ground-floor windows that are different from those on the higher floors because their middle elements are substantially indented to accommodate modest flower boxes. The grills have six perforated sections with four different patterns in the middle. The end panels have identical patterns, different from those in the middle, and they resemble cobwebs.

One of the most notable features of the building is the shallow, convex dip at the center two bays, where the façade bends slightly inward. The dip continues up to a setback above the 8th floor, where a metal railing follows the curve and extends halfway onto the adjoining bays. There are setbacks above the 9th floor at the outer one-and-a-half bays, leaving two sections rising up the final setbacks above the 11th floor. The recessed top floors also feature a dip in the center two bays. The roof lines have metal railings, and there are roof decks on top.

The building contains 64 condominium units.
