150-foot, 11-story residential building completed in 2015 for IGI-USA, a developer. Designed by ODA Architecture, a typical cast-iron front of repeating large rectangular fenestration framed by vertical members and deep window sills is abstracted onto the facade. Double-height window bays recalling the historic store windows of the area are surrounded by projecting frames of patterned bluestone, producing deep shadows that animate the exterior. Additionally, the 9-bay façade is constructed of precast, non-structural concrete panels faced with stone. Above the 8th floor, there are setbacks at the edges, with the center of the 9th floor faced in glass. The asymmetrical front area of the 10th floor has two similar blocks, cantilevered over the sides of the 9th floor, at the left and right. The forward part of the 11th floor has a single block, partially offset and cantilevered to the right of the western block on the 10th floor. The setback portions of all three top floors have bands of windows between the bluestone cladding.

The roof is topped by a terrace and roof deck, with a mechanical penthouse rising from near the center. The Flynn contains 30 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by Eichholtz furniture store, and Havwoods wood supplier.
