124-foot, 12-story modernist residential building completed in 2007. Designed by Karl Fischer with an interior by Andrés Escobar, it has a charcoal gray matte terra-cotta façade highlighted by grey-tinted glass and silver-colored "window walls." The western bay of the main, south facade, as well as the lower two floor to the right, and the bulk of the western and northern facades are clad in the grey terra-cotta bricks. The western elevation rises eight floors to a setback at the north and south sides, with one bay of windows at the south end. The narrower upper portion extends another four floors, with a bay of windows at the south end that wraps around the corner to the south facade.
The middle section of the 2-story base is recessed, with the main entrance at the right. This area is bisected by a diagonal metal beam that curves up to the right, and continues across the main glass curtain wall of the upper floors. The area to the left of the slanting beam are slightly recessed and set back above the 8th floor; the area to the right project forward about two feet and extends up to a narrowed 12th floor. The top floors to the left are recessed, and fronted by balconies
The rear, north-facing facade has window bays at the ends, rising to the 8th-floor setback. The center section rises straight up to the roof line. On either side, above the setbacks, are a single bay of windows at the edges, and also a column of three projecting glass-enclosed balconies at the right-center. The building contains 29 condominium units.
