114-foot, 9-story residential building originally completed in 1888 as a 6-story factory and loft building. Formerly occupied by Eastern Chain Works, it underwent a residential condominium conversion in 2002, with three new penthouse levels added on top, each recessed further back than the previous one. These floor have tan brick front with floor-to-ceiling windows; the sidewalls are clad in white concrete, with a few additional windows. There are terraced roof decks on the roof levels.

The original 6-story structure has four wide bays. The ground floor has been altered with beige pre-cast concrete framing metal-and-glass storefronts with recessed entries, and a recessed building entrance set beneath a metal canopy. The 2nd-5th floors have two paired windows in each bay, divided by a grey metal mullion. Red brick piers with tan brick quoins separate the bays, which have flat grey stone lintels and paneled red brick spandrels between floors. At the 5th floor, each bay culminates in a segmental-arch with a rough-faced stone keystone and alternating red and tan brick voussoirs. A corbelled brick cornice sets off the 6th floor, which has two paired windows in each bay, divided by red brick pilasters superimposed on the piers. Each pilaster has a stylized stone capital supporting a grey frieze with carved panels and dentiled cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Ditre Italian furniture store, and Calligaris furniture store.
