7-story residential building completed in 1907. Designed by Rouse & Sloan and Abbott French as a store-and-lofts building, it has a 3-bay facade with a 2-story painted stone base, with beige brick upper floors. The stone at the base frames and wood-and-glass ground-floor storefront and residential entrance, and a black cast-iron 2nd floor with three large windows. A small cornice with egg-and-dart molding caps the base.

The upper floors have coursed brick at the end piers, and corbel bands below the windows at each floor; the windows are deeply recessed. The west-facing side elevation is clad in brown brick (red near the top) with two bays of single-windows. The ground floor is occupied by Camerich furniture store.
