3-story/2-story mercantile building completed sometime in the late 1800s. It consists of two joined sections, a 3-story structure fronting 6th Avenue, and a 2-story structure to the west. Both are clad in beige brick, with green triangular-pedimented cornices on the south-facing 2nd-floor windows, and green metal roof cornices with modillions and dentils. The 3-story section has a modern, metal-and-glass storefront at the ground floor, two wide, stone-enframed studio windows at the 2nd floor, and six single-windows on the top floor (facing the avenue) with green sills and cornices. There is a single such window on the 3rd floor facing south.
